Delivery Time: Next working day (orders placed before 1:30pm, Mon–Fri)
Non-Mainland & Remote UK Areas:
Additional charges may apply for remote locations, including Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Channel Islands, and other outlying areas.

Order Processing & Dispatch
Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1 working day. Orders placed before 1:30pm (Monday–Friday) are usually dispatched the same day, subject to stock availability.
Bank Holidays: Orders placed on UK public or bank holidays will be processed on the next working day.
International Delivery
Currently, Mood Direct delivers primarily within the UK. For international delivery enquiries, please contact our customer service team for a bespoke shipping quote.
Discreet Packaging
All orders are sent in plain, unbranded packaging for your privacy. There will be no indication of the contents or our company name on the outside of the parcel.
Order Tracking

Missed, Delayed, or Lost Deliveries
If you have not received your order within 4 working days of dispatch, please contact our customer service team.
